The Lead Follow-Up Audit
One week. I trace the whole path a lead takes through your setup and show you every place one can quietly die: the silent failures with no error and no trace, the ones you'd never catch on your own. Then I tell you the truth about what's worth fixing.
The leaks don't live in any one tool. They live in the seams between them, where a renamed field, a broken filter, or a form that quietly stopped working sends a client who was ready to pay into a folder no one ever opens.
What you get
Here's the kind of thing I look for
A field gets renamed during a "tidy-up." From that moment, every new lead lands in your CRM with a blank email address, and your follow-up sequence runs right on schedule, firing into nothing.
Six weeks of warm, ready-to-buy leads, gone. No error. No failed task. A green checkmark sitting on everything.
You'd only catch it when someone finally emails asking why you ghosted them, long after they've already signed with someone else.
That's one. A broken filter quietly routing your hottest leads into a folder no one opens is another. A dozen tools taped together, each with its own silent way of dying. I go looking for all of them.
How the week goes
What I need from you
Access to your CRM or a set of screenshots, your current intake and follow-up, and about fifteen minutes on day one. After that it's on me. Barely any of your time, by design.
Why I'm the one to do this
I didn't learn this from a course. I spent ten years running my own pipelines and lost this exact money myself, over and over, until I got obsessive about where it leaks and why.
Since then I've taken apart how leads actually move through HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and Make, the stacks most of you are really running. I know where the bodies are because I've buried a few of my own.
If you're fine, I'll tell you
If I look and your pipeline's basically solid, I'll tell you exactly that, in writing, and you can stop lying awake wondering. No upsell. No retainer pitch. Nothing is charged until we've both agreed the audit is worth doing. The point of this is the truth, even when the truth costs me the sale.
Why it's only $200
$200, one time. That's the whole thing. And no, the low price isn't a hook.
It's $200 because this is a diagnosis, not a rebuild, and because I'd rather prove I'm worth it on something small than ask you to trust me with the fix on day one.
If the fix turns out to be worth doing, you'll know exactly why, and you can decide then. Or take the list and do it yourself. I genuinely don't mind which.
Questions
Whatever you've actually got: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Make or Zapier, spreadsheets, a stack taped together over the years. The leaks live in the seams between tools, not in any one of them, so the mix is the point.
Diagnosis. I find every leak and tell you exactly how to close it. You can take the list and fix it yourself, or hire me to. I honestly don't mind which.
Almost none. You give me access or screenshots on day one. I do the walking and come back at the end with the findings.
Then I tell you, in writing, and you get to stop lying awake wondering. That alone is worth two hundred bucks.
