Speed‑to‑lead replies to a new lead the moment they fill in a form. No‑show recovery emails anyone who missed a booked session, with a link to rebook. Stripe onboarding sends a new paying client their welcome and kickoff details.
All three run on Make, Google Sheets and Gmail, so they work on free accounts. Each one comes with a Google Sheet to copy and a step‑by‑step setup guide.

Slipway, a build pipeline that runs on my own PC
Slipway takes GitHub issues from a queue and carries each one through eight steps, from plan to merge. Claude writes the plan and reviews the result; a second model, Muse, writes the code.
It merges most changes on its own. When it can't settle something, it stops and asks me.
